Hi, I’m Monica Gallardo and this is my blog concerning The Lord of the Rings. As a self-proclaimed enthusiast of all things Middle-earth, I will use this blog to connect with fellow Tolkien fans all over the world to discuss our love of elves, hobbits, dwarves and all things Middle-earth. On this blog you will find videos, infographs, photos and other media that will dive deep into the themes integrated in The Lord of the Rings. We will also be discussing the relation of events and characters in The Lord of the Rings with that of the real world.
This is a blog for fans of The Lord of the Rings made by a fan. I hope that this site will help us connect and discuss what it is that makes J.R.R. Tolkien’s world so appealing even after 60 years of being published. We will also discuss Peter Jackson’s film adaptation of the trilogy and, in my opinion one of the most intriguing topics to learn, share our first experience with The Lord of the Rings.
Whether you are a casual fan, a hardcore fan, a fan of only the movies or books, this blog will welcome you with open arms and I hope it can give you a better understanding and appreciation as to why the world of J.R.R.
